Yana Blackwelder

Yana Blackwelder is a global leadership advisor and executive coach. Yana blends two decades of international experience with deep expertise in cross-cultural leadership and organizational psychology. Her evidence-based approach supports leaders in achieving clarity, confidence, and sustainable impact.

Yana Blackwelder is an INSEAD-trained executive coach, Vistage CEO peer advisory chair, and award-winning Learning & Development executive with over 20 years of international experience advising senior leaders and their teams. She has worked with more than 500 executives across financial services, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, technology, NGOs, and academia.

Her career includes senior roles such as Talent Development Executive at Bank of America, founder of the Global Coach Institute, Adjunct Professor at NYU, and coach for INSEAD programs at global organizations.

Jean Bonneau

Jean Bonneau is an accredited Executive Coach with over a decade of experience working with senior Leaders and leadership teams across multiple sectors. Prior to coaching, Jean had a successful professional career working at executive team and Board level in the energy sector, and in international consulting. He was also a chief negotiator at the UN (United Nations) for roaming rights of nomads in Africa.

Jean’s approach combines neuroscience, behavioural analysis, and mindfulness to help leaders sharpen focus, build resilience, and increase their impact in complex environments.

Known for his warm yet challenging style, Jean enables executives to break through limiting patterns and make conscious choices that drive sustainable performance. His work is particularly valued in contexts requiring cultural sensitivity and strategic adaptability.

With a career spanning international organizations, corporate boardrooms and complex negotiations, Jean brings a global perspective and practical insight to every engagement. Jean splits his time between Canada and Barcelona in Spain, and coaches in both countries. He coaches in English and French.

Caroline Fattal Fakhoury

Caroline Fattal Fakhoury empowers leaders to break free from limitations and unlock their true potential in the most demanding environments. As Chairwoman of Fattal Group, Founder of Stand for Women, and a certified executive coach, she is recognised for guiding organisations and decision-makers through volatility with clarity, courage, and conviction. Her work bridges governance, resilient leadership, and economic empowerment – particularly across the MENA region.

Caroline brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience spanning multinational corporations, family enterprise, and nonprofit entrepreneurship. She began her career with Unilever in Europe and Latin America before joining her fourth-generation family business, Fattal Group, in 2003 as the first woman of her generation to assume an executive leadership role.

She later served as Chief Operating Officer and now Chairs the Group, guiding governance reform, intergenerational alignment, and sustainable growth across diverse and complex markets. In 2017, she founded Stand for Women, advancing women’s economic empowerment and supporting more than 500 women-led SM Es through periods of regional crisis.

Leslie Goldenberg

Exploring unspoken or seemingly-unspeakable questions about life and leadership, and finding courageous ways to address these dilemmas, is the essence of Leslie’s work. She offers an invitation to slow down and reflect: What are you doing? Why are you doing it? Who are you becoming while you do it? What is it doing to you?

Leslie specialises in executive transitions enabling leaders to more effectively move into new organisations, new roles and new life chapters.

Julia Holloway

With more than a decade of experience coaching senior executives and their teams, Julia brings a distinctive combination of business acumen, empathy and psychological insight into her work. She has partnered with leaders across sectors including technology, private equity, financial services, higher education, and the nonprofit world – among them Harvard Business School, Bain Capital, Google, JP Morgan, Toyota, Saks Global and the U.S Navy SEALs.

Before coaching, Julia spent 25 years in business management and law, building and leading companies in both public and private settings. This foundation enables her to connect quickly with the realities of executive life while inviting clients to broaden perspective and integrate new ways of leading.

Known for her grounded presence and intellectual curiosity, Julia blends critical thinking with embodied and creative practices to help clients access insight, resilience, and authentic impact. She holds an MCC credential with the International Coaching Federation, is a certified coaching supervisor, and has trained with both the Hudson and Strozzi Institutes.

Cathy Johnson

As a seasoned executive coach, Cathy helps leaders think clearly, act courageously, and have the conversations that matter. Her work blends deep insight with practical application, enabling leaders to become more authentic and effective in how they lead.

Cathy has lived in Asia for 27 years and possesses strong insight into both eastern and western cultures. With 31 years of international corporate coaching experience, she understands challenges faced by global leaders as well as specific ways to develop their competencies.

Prior to coaching, Cathy was head of marketing at Global Sources (NASDAQ: GSOL, now acquired by Blackstone), a business-to-business media company, where she focused on coaching individuals and teams while working in online marketing, project management, IT and publishing.

David Ng

Coaching is seen by David as a valuable investment by supportive sponsors that believe nuanced understanding of situational realities enables next-level performance development in individuals and teams.

David has been an executive coach since 2010 and enjoys working with leaders to explore performance possibilities. By combining his depth of international experience with continued operational work as a fractional CFO, academic and angel investor, he draws on a cross-domain foundation.

His breadth of corporate experience has encompassed global and regional C-level roles where he has been resident in Singapore, United Kingdom, Hong Kong and Australia.

Mark Powell

Mark specialises in working with socially diverse leaders across Asia Pacific and beyond. He has been coaching since 2008 and has worked with over 400 leaders across 15 countries. He brings his own lived experience as a “socially different” leader and is EMCC credentialled as a senior practitioner level coach.

Mark has extensive experience and credentials in leadership facilitation, team coaching, executive coaching, and leadership assessment. He brings to coaching, senior level business experience in Banking & Hospitality, as well as a strong entrepreneurial spirit having started 4 businesses in 3 different countries.

Mark also brings deep lived experience in 3 key areas of social difference –cross-cultural diversity, LGBTQ issues, and the challenges of family mental health. He is currently a 5th year student of experiential psychotherapy and is a former international rugby referee.

Hande Yaşargil

Drawing from her extensive experience working with executives across various countries and cultures, Hande offers a nuanced approach to leadership development that integrates diverse perspectives. She is also deeply committed to advancing female representation on corporate boards, designing mentoring programs, and coaching senior female executives to enhance their leadership impact in governance.

Hande’s approach combines intellectual rigor with a deep understanding of the human side of leadership and company life. As an Organisational Clinical Psychologist, she works with clients to explore the deeper psychological and systemic dynamics that shape leadership behaviour and organisational effectiveness. Bringing a coaching style that is both reflective and direct, she encourages leaders to confront challenges head-on while fostering deeper self-awareness and resilience in the face of complexity.

Hande’s work is informed by a lifelong dedication to learning. She regularly engages in advanced studies at institutions such as INSEAD, Harvard Kennedy School of Governance and The Tavistock Institute. Hande coaches in both the UK and Turkey.
