Tony has over 30 years’ senior leadership experience across a variety of sectors and organisational contexts including multinational, government, family business, non-profit and complex public-private stakeholder environments. He began his career in the City and then the agri-food sector, leading a series of major national public-private partnership programmes before heading up the public services division of a major global outsourcing company. He then moved into strategy consulting working with over 20 sectors across 5 continents before becoming an interim CEO for several organisations in turnaround. He eventually found his way into executive coaching after discovering deep fulfilment in developing other leaders.
He partners with current and future C-level leaders at large organisations across a number of sectors including agri-food, education, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, professional services and technology, to help them deepen their capability at successfully driving transformational change.
Taking a Gestalt-informed approach underpinned by evidence-based psychological models, he helps clients develop their mental fitness and relationships with self and others, in order to better navigate complexity and uncertainty, and foster collective agency.
Tony holds the Gestalt Professional Certified Coach (GPCC) credential, is a Board Certified coach in the USA, and an active member of the International Coaching Federation with PCC status. He holds an MBA and is an Honorary Associate Professor in sustainability leadership.
