Turbulent change is everywhere and affects every leader. Many feel they have no time to reflect on
how they are leading, nor to search out learnings from others’ experiences.
Our one-page Praesta Prompts are written with these leaders in mind.
Each suggests a couple of ideas which can be read in a few minutes but can spark leaders and teams to bring fresh perspectives and purpose to their work. The themes and questions flow from recurring topics in coaching conversations and what we notice in the world around us.
This booklet groups a set of Prompts under six headings:
